One of the ways we are LOUD ON PURPOSE at Fair Oaks Church is we LOVE GOD BY SERVING. If you are interested in volunteering your time and abilities with us as we reach the Northern Virginia community, here are your next steps:

1 - All volunteers are asked to be members of Fair Oaks Church. If you have not yet partnered with us in church membership, you can find out how at the next gathering of Loud On Purpose: Volume One. Join Pastor Christian on the 1st or 3rd Sunday of the month at 9 a.m. in the Floyd White Chapel to find out who we are, what we are all about and how YOU can be a part of it. 2 - If you are a member of Fair Oaks Church and would like volunteer, you can register for a FIRST EXPERIENCE (FE) with serving at Fair Oaks on an upcoming Sunday. FE's are held 2 to 3 times a month, and are a chance for you to serve in a ministry and shadow other volunteers prior to committing to serve on a regular basis. FE's are held on select Sunday mornings at 8 a.m. It all starts with general volunteer orientation in the chapel, followed by "hands on" experience in the ministry role you are interested in joining throughout the 9 a.m. service. 3 - If you are not sure which area of ministry you would like to plug in with, simply fill out this VOLUNTEER INTEREST SURVEY and a member of our staff will get in touch with you, helping you find a ministry area where you can use your gifts and abilities.
